10 DAYS SAFARI PACKAGE - TARANGIRE-SERENGETI-NGORONGORO - ZANZIBAR                                       

Day1:  Arrival: Pick up from Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport and transferred to Palace Hotel/SG Resort for overnight. Meal Plan BB.

Day 2:  ARUSHA-TARANGIRE:                                                                                                        

After breakfast at 0830 start drive to Tarangire National Park for day game drive- a game park with thousands of majestic baobab trees dotting the rolling countryside. It is also home to enormous herds of elephants and the highest number of recorded bird species for any habitat in the world.  The Tarangire River runs through the land, providing a permanent water source, and along with it the promise of strong wildlife.  Later drive to Flamingo Lodge for Dinner & Overnight.  Meal Plan FB.

Day3:  TARANGIRE-SERENGETI:                                                                                                

After your breakfast at 0900 with your packed lunch depart to Serengeti while enjoying afternoon game drive.  Later evening drive to Katikati Tented Lodge for Dinner & Overnight.  Meal plan FB

Day4:   SERENGETI- NGORONGORO:                                                                                             

After Breakfast start drive for game drive in Serengeti National Park while accompanied with your lunch boxes.  This Park cover an area of 14,763sq km, the name Serengeti come from Maasai language and means “endless plains”. Here you will also see wildlife like lions, thompsons and grant gazelles, zebras, buffalos, hippos, elephants, cheetahs and rhinos.  Later evening drive to Katikati Tented Lodge for Dinner & Overnight.  Meal plan FB

Day 5:  NGORONGORO CRATER:                                                                                                 

Early Morning breakfast then depart for the enjoyment of the beautiful tour at Ngorongoro crater, come across unique attractions to this historical caldera where man and wildlife are living together without harming one another. Get a chance to observe wildlife including lions, elephants, hippos, wildebeests, warthogs and zebras. You will also see lake Magadi, Lerai Forest and Ngoitokito swamp while accompanied with picnic lunch boxes.    After lunch at the picnic site start drive to Arusha Meserani Snake Park for short tour of this park, enjoy some activities, meet with Masai villagers and experience their way of traditional living.  Later drive for Overnight at Palace Hotel/SG Resort.  Meal Plan BB.

Day 6 – ARUSHA AIRPORT:  After breakfast at leisure at 11.00 picked up and transferred to Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.

Day 6- Zanzibar: Arrive Zanzibar International Airport, meet and greet, welcome coconut drink, pick you up and drive to Villa Kiva Boutique in the North East coast of Zanzibar with view of Mnemba Island, welcome drink and overnight. Meal Plan. HB

 

Day 7 – Spice & Old Stone Town city Tour: After breakfast 9:00am transfer to Spice firm This three & half – hour tour is guaranteed to awaken your senses, we visit spice plantations where you will have the opportunity to pick, smell & spices that you have probably never seen on the supermarket shelf, some of the word’s most exotic fruits and spices. Clove, Star fruit, bulls heart` tangerine trees, lemon grass, mangosteen and lip-stick trees to name but a few are what you can expect to see – according to the seasons. Perhaps you will facy buying of freshly picked spices to take home with you, then transfer to Swahili Restaurant located within the Stone town city , get Lunch “ Pilau with chicken / white rice with chicken / Swahili banana with fish and water / fresh juice ,

 

After Lunch guide will guide you for Stone Town Tour , Three & half – hour tour begins with a visit to Zanzibar‘s colourful market. A live with buzz of locals bartering fresh vegetables and baskets of tropical fruits, amongst the heady smell of Jack fruit (amongst many other toxic fruits) we continue on the site of a cathedral built in 1874. The Cathedral signifies a potent time in Zanzibar’s history and stands on the sight of a past slave market. Abolished in 1873 by decree of the Sultan Zanzibar, the cathedral’s high altar stands on the exact site of the whipping post that was in the market, from here we visit the residence of the late Sultan of Zanzibar, Tip Tip House Lod Fort, Peoples Palace and the House of Wonders, Full of intrigue from days of long ago. The tour end with a stroll down the narrow streets of the old Stone Town, the heart of Zanzibar’s vivacious history , late evening transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight at Villa Kiva Boutique Hotel , Meal Plan : HB

 

Day 8 – Blue Safari: This is absolutely different experience that someone must experience in Zanzibar. Thinks of Africa boat Safaris, it is something one might not resist to take, it comes to you & why not to go?? All that Suhail Tours & Travel has truly gone extra miles away to organize adventures that will make your holiday to Zanzibar the most memorable.

 

The original and the best Safari Blue is a full day excursion using locally made traditional sailing dhows of between 8 – 10 meters in length. We currently operate 6 passenger-carrying dhows that are finished to the very highest standard and fitted with outboard engines, marine VHF radios, gas inflatable life jackets, sunshade, boarding ladder, waterproof bags and kit with DAN oxygen unit. We also have public liability and marine insurance.

 

The excursion starts at the fishing village of Fumba, is located in the southwest corner of the island and ideal starting point to explore Menai Bay, designated a Conservation Area. The bay has a number of beautiful uninhabited islands and sandbanks and is frequented by humpback and bottlenose dolphin.

On arrival at Fumba clients are given a briefing on the day and a life jacket demo. We then board the dhowns and set off to explore the bay and find the dolphins. We are lucky enough to see dolphins on at least 85% of our trip.

Later in the morning we stop on a sandbank where we set up sunshades and fit the clients with snorkeling equipment. We have a large range of sizes and good quality equipment. Guides. Who can safely lead the snorkeling session and show points of interest, accompany the client. For beginners or those who are not confident swimmers, we have inflatable snorkeling vests and our guides can give tuition.

 

After snorkeling we offer fresh green coconut before we move to another sandbank for lunch. During the morning our catering boat has gone on ahead to prepare lunch which is served on teak picnic tables set up beneath smart canvas sunshades

 

Lunch is a traditional Zanzibar meal and includes a selection of grilled fish, slipper lobster, squid, rice, tarmarind and coriander sauces and barbecued chicken. A gastronomic fruit tasting follows with a selection of between 10 to15 different tropical fruits. Cold drinks are available throughout the day and includes mineral water, sodas and beer Coffee and Amarula liqueur are also served after lunch.

When the tide allows we visit a beautiful mangrove lagoon where it is possible to swim through the mangrove forest. We return to Fumba so please wear your swimming things under your clothes. We also advise clients to bring waterproof shoes for boarding the dhows and to bring towels, sunscreen and a spare T-shirt for snorkeling.

Transfer back to the hotel for evening leisure, dinner and overnight at Villa Kiva Boutique. Meal Plan. HB

 

Day 9 – Full Day Relax at the Hotel: After breakfast experience the east coast of Zanzibar, you will have time to swim and relax at the beach, village visit by walking by yourself,

 

Day 10 – Depart to the Zanzibar International Airport: After breakfast depend on your flight if you book late flight then you will have chance to visit stone town for shopping before you depart or will drive you to the Airport
