Visitors from the United States and Europe require visas to enter Tanzania. Zanzibar is a semi-autonomous state within Tanzania, so you don't need a separate visa to visit, but you do need to show your passport.
Travel June through OctoberThis is the best time to visit Zanzibar because the temperature averages 26°C (79°F).
Plan your trip around the holy month of RamadanZanzibar observes Ramadan for a month every year. During this period Muslims are forbidden to eat, drink, or smoke between sunrise and sunset. Although hotels catering to tourists are not affected, many small shops and restaurants are closed during the day. If you plan to arrive during Ramadan, aim for the end, when a huge feast called the Eid al-Fitr (which means "end of the fast") brings everyone out to the streets.

Day1: Arrival: Pick up from Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport and transferred to Palace Hotel/SG Resort for overnight. Meal Plan BB.
Day 2: ARUSHA-TARANGIRE: In this Arusha Tarangire and ( Simba Safari in Zanzibar) after breakfast at 0830 start drive to Tarangire National Park for day game drive- a game park with thousands of majestic baobab trees dotting the rolling countryside. It is also home to enormous herds of elephants and the highest number of recorded bird species for any habitat in the world. The Tarangire River runs through the land, providing a permanent water source, and along with it the promise of strong wildlife. Later drive to Flamingo Lodge for Dinner & Overnight. Meal Plan FB.
Day3: TARANGIRE-SERENGETI: After your breakfast at 0700 with your packed lunch depart to Serengeti enjoy afternoon game drive. This Park cover an area of 14,763sq km, the name Serengeti come from Maasai language and means “endless plains”. Here you will also see wildlife like lions, thompsons and grant gazelles, zebras, buffalos, hippos, elephants, cheetahs and rhinos. Later evening drive to Katikati Tented Lodge for Dinner & Overnight. Meal plan FB
Day4: SERENGETI- NGORONGORO CRATER: In this Serengeti Ngorongoro Crater ( Simba Safari in Zanzibar ) after your early Breakfast start drive for early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park while accompanied with your lunch boxes drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Come across unique attractions to this historical caldera where man and wildlife are living together without harming one another. Get a chance to observe wildlife including lions, elephants, hippos, wildebeests, warthogs and zebras. You will also see lake Magadi, Lerai Forest and Ngoitokito swamp. Later evening drive Rhino Lodge for Dinner. Meal plan FB
Day 5: NGORONGORO ARUSHA AIRPORT: After breakfast at 0900 drive to Arusha Airport for your flight .
